Veg.Spring Rolls
For the filling
1. Onions-2
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic -5(Chinese one)
Green chillies-5
Cabbage-1 cup
Carrot-1
Beans-1/2 cup
Capsicum -1/2
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chop all the above ingredients .saute the onions,ginger,garlic & chillies.add the chopped veggies ,pepper powder,salt & cover & cook till done.add
2.Soya sauce-2 tsp
Chilli Sauce-2 tsp
Noodles/chicken-cooked
If u want a veggie version u may add a packet of cooked noodles to this & adjust seasonings.
If u want a non veg version,add cooked chicken or sausage to this & adjust seasonings .set this aside to cool.
For the wraps
3.All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Eggs-2
Salt to taste
Water as reqd.
Beat the eggs with salt.add the flour.add water little at a time to make a smooth pourable batter.
Pour a ladle of batter on a nonstick pan,spread as u make thin dosas.the pan shud be on medium heat.let this cook till u can remove this by a flip on to a plate & no need to brown that side. If you want just turn it out and cook for a few seconds and remove. Immediately place one big spoon full of fillings on the crepes and roll it as shown in the pictures
4.egg-1
Water-1 tbsp
Beat this.
Bread crumbs as reqd
Dip the spring rolls in egg wash & dust with bread crumbs.
Deep fry this in hot oil .drain on tissues.
