This blog is about my experiments in my kitchen. I am Anju Kuriakose a native from Kerala. Am a working mom of two kids who enjoy food. My hubby with his sweet tooth is my ardent supporter & critic. I enjoy cooking and like to try out anything new which I come across. I am from Moncompu, a small village in Alappuzha. My parents settled in Alappuzha for our school. My hubby is from Vynthala-a village near Mala, Thrissur. Some of the recipes are from my mom, mother in law, friends, cousins and from various sites, which I have changed to suit my family.
