Mushrooms and Peas Fried Rice

1.Rice-1 cup

Soak the long grain rice for an hour and cook in salted water until boiled. Off the stove and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.Drain and set aside to cool completely.

2.Butter-2 tbsp

Garlic-3-4 big

Onion-1

Green Chillies-4-5

Sauté all the above ingredients in butter till translucent.

3.Mushrooms-250 gm

Green Peas-1 cup(frozen)

Microwave the peas for 1 1/2-2 minutes until cooked.

Slice the mushrooms and add it to the above and sauté till cooked and water dries up.

4.Pepper powder-3/4-1 tsp(adjust to taste)

Salt-1/2 tsp

Green Hot Sauce-2 tbsps

Dark Soya sauce-2 tbsps

Coriander leaves-1/4 cup

Add in the pepper,salt hot sauce and soya sauce and sauté.

Now add the cooked rice and stir in.Adjust salt.

Off the stove and add in the chopped coriander leaves and stir in.Mushroom and Peas Fried Rice is ready.#mushroomnpeas
