Kaya Mezhukkupuratti getting together for Lunch.
Kaya Mezhukkupuratti
1.Nendra Kaya-2 big
Chop the raw banana into small pieces and put it in water,so that it don’t change color.
2.Shallots-10
Or Onion-1
Garlic-3 big
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
just crush or chop all the above things together..
3.Coconut oil-1 1/2 tbsp
Crushed Chillies-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil and sauté the shallots crushed/chopped onions,curry leaves and garlic .Add in the spices and sauté on low heat.Sprinkle some water and cook till oil separates.
Now add the chopped Kaya . Sptinkle some water,salt and cover and cook till it’s cooked.Open the lid and cook till all the water dries out.Kaya Mezhukkupuratti is ready.
