Crunchy Fish Fingers
1.Boneless Fish-300 gm
Lime juice-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cut the fish into 1" pieces and marinate with all the above ingredients for 2 hours.
2.All purpose flour-2 tbsp
Cornflour-2 tsp
Rice flour-1 tsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Egg-1
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients and add to the fish and stir in.Set this
aside for 10 minutes.
3.Bread Crumbs/Panko Bread Crumbs as required for coating
Refined Oil-For frying
Heat oil in a pan.Meanwhile Coat the set aside fish in Panko Bread crumbs.Deep
fry in medium hot oil till golden
brown.Drain on tissues.Crunchy Fish Fingers is ready to Serve with some
Tartar Sauce or Ketchups.
