Kichadi
1.Vendakka(Okra) or Pavakka(Bitter gourd)-1/4 cup
Fry the sliced Vendakka or Pavakka till crispy.Set this aside.
2.coconut oil-2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
Whole dry Chilli-2
Curry leaves-4
Heat oil & splutter the mustard and then the fenugreek seeds.add the Chilli splits and then the curry leaves.
3.asafoetida-a pinch
Jeera powder-a pinch
Off the stove & add the powders and saute.this will be cooked with heat of the pan .Add to the set aside fried Vendakka or Pavakka.
4.curd-1/4 cup
Water-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Beat together the above ingredients and adjust salt.(if you have added salt to the veggies before frying adjust accordingly)
Add to the set aside fried Vendakka and thadka.
