Vegetable Fried Rice


Veg Fried Rice Recipe

1.Basmati Rice-2 cups

Oil-1 tbsp

Soak the rice in water for 15 minutes & drain.In a nonstick pan fry the rice in oil & set aside.

2.Water-3 cups

Pepper pwdr-1 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

In a pressure cooker add water & the fried rice & cook till 1 whistle.

3.onions-2 big( chopped)

Sauté this in 2 tbsp oil.

4.ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

Green chillies-4 chopped

Add this &saute.

5.carrot-1(chopped)

Capsicum -1(chopped)

Cabbage-1cup(chopped)

Beans-1 cup(chopped)

Corn/peas-1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Add to the above & cook or steam seperately & cook & add to the above.

6. Soya sauce-1 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce-1 tbsp

Add to the above & cook for a minute.now add the cooked rice & adjust seasonings.garnish with chopped spring onion leaves & serve
