Prawns 🍤 & Veggies Pasta in Asian Sauce
1.Pasta-11/2 cups
Corn-1 cup
Carrot-1
Boil water with salt in a vessel.Add the pasta and cook till done.Add the corn & Carrot chopped to this and cook till the veggies are done.Drain and pour some water to this so that it doesn’t stick.Set this aside
2.Garlic-3-4
Onions-2
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Capsicum-1
Chilli flakes-1 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp (increase or decrease to your spice levels)
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Tomato-1 or tomato sauce-2 tbsps
Prawns-1 cup
Heat oil or butter and sauté garlic & onions.Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell vanishes.Now add the Chilli flakes and sauté. Then add the Chilli powder and pepper powder and sauté.Now add the chopped capsicum and tomatoes or the tomato paste and the prawns and cover and cook till prawns are cooked through.
3.Chilli Garlic Sauce-2 tbsps
Or Peri Peri Sauce-1/2 tbsp (Adjust the Peri Peri Sauce according to your spice level )
Worcestershire sauce-3 tbsps
Vinegar-1 tsp
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Add all the above ingredients and let it boil .Now add the set aside pasta and veggies to this and mix in.Prawns and Veggies Pasta In Asian Sauce is ready
Note:U can use Boneless Chicken instead of Prawns 🍤 to make Chicken & Veggie Pasta In Asian Sauce
