Spicy Veggie and Egg Noodles
1.Egg Noodles-300 gm
I used vegetable Hakka noodles for this.u can use Maggie too.
Boil water with salt.add the noodles & cook till done.drain & pour some normal water over it & drain.add 1 -2 tsp oil sothat noodles doesn't stick together .
2.onion/spring onions-5(slice the white & green portion seperately.
Oil-2 tbsp
Garlic-4-5(big)
Green chillies-4
Heat oil add the chopped/crushed garlic & saute.Add the spring onions(white part) & green chillies & saute.
3.beans-1/2 cup(chopped)
Carrots-1
Sweet corn-1/2 cup
Cabbage-1/4 cup
Add chopped veggies & salt & cook till it’s done.
4.Eggs-2
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Crushed Chillies-1 tsp
Add to the above & cook .
Add in the crushed chillies and pepper and cook for a few minutes.Add the eggs and scramble it.
5.Thick dark soya sauce-2 tbsp
Schezhuan chutney-1 tbsp
Thai Siracha sauce -1/2 tbsp
Thai Chilli Sauce -1 tbsp
Add to the above & mix in.adjust the seasonings.decorate with spring onions(green part) .Spicy Veggie and Egg Noodles is ready.
