Potato Gratin🥔
A classic dish of Potatoes Au Gratin, that will have you hooked at first bite. They're perfect for your Holiday table or even just a Sunday supper. Thinly sliced potatoes, smothered in a creamy sauce and topped with cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. So good to the very last bite.
1.Potato-500 gm
Heavy Cream-1/2 cup
Milk-1/4 cup
Slice the peeled potatoes into the cream and milk mixture into a baking dish.
2.Garlic-2 big
Thyme-1/2 tsp
Oregano-1/2 tsp
Chilliflakes-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
All purpose flour-1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese-1/4 cup
Cheddar Cheese-1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Add all the above ingredients to the potato milk mixture and stir in.
Cover the dish with an aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.Now remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden on top.Potato Au Gratin is ready to serve.
