Pazham Pori /Ethakka Appams/Banana Fritters

For the batter

1. Egg-1

Sugar-2 tbsp

Salt a pinch

Beat together with a fork for 2 minutes or till the sugar almost dissolves.

2.Milk-2 tbsp

Vanilla essence-1 tsp

All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup

Add to the egg mixture & fold in without lumps.

3. Water as reqd

Add water little at a time & form a medium thick batter(when u dip the banana the batter shud coat it).

4.banana(Ethan )medium ripe-4-5

Slice one banana into 6 pieces if medium or 9 pieces of big.U can put 6-9 slices in the batter at a time.

Now heat oil in a cheenachatti & deep fry the bananas coated with the batter till golden.Drain on tissues.
