Pasta in Bechamel/White Sauce

Pasta in Bechamel Sauce

1.Pasta/Spaghetti-150 gm

Sweet Corn-1 cup(I took frozen one)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water till done.While the pasta is almost done add some frozen corns and drain the pasta mixture.show this under running water so that the pasta doesn't stick together.

2.Garlic-2

Onion-1 big

Spinach-1 cup (chopped)

Oil/Butter-1tbsp

For the Bechamel Sauce

3.Butter-1 tbsp

Pepper powder-1 tsp

Maida-1 tbsp

Milk-2 cups

Grated Mozzarella-1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Parsley-1/4-1/2 cup

Meanwhile heat a tbsp oil/butter and saute 2 garlics chopped and an onion .Add some spinach chopped & place over the pasta . In the same pan heat a tbsp of butter and add 1 tbsp maida and saute on low heat for a minute.Now add 1/2 cup of milk to this and mix in without lumps.When this starts to thicken add the remaining 1 1/2 cups milk,1 tsp pepper powder and salt to taste.Once this boils & starts to thicken add some grated cheese and fresh parsley chopped & mix in.(Add some boiling water if the mixture has thickened too much ). This is the Bechamel Sauce.Stir in the set aside pasta and veggies and serve hot
