Manga Ullimulakitathu
1.Raw Mango-1
Onion-1 medium or Shallots-6-7
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/4-1/2 tsp
Coconut oil-1 tbsp
Just Chop the mango & onion/Shallots.Add salt to taste and Chilli powder and mix in.Set this aside for 15 minutes.Add a tbsp of coconut oil and stir in.Manga Ulli Mulakitathu is ready. This goes well as a side dish for chappathis & rice
Note:U can do the same with ripen mangoes too for a sweet & spicy version which is good as a snack
