Kerala Style Grilled Fish

1.Fish Fillets-400 gm

I used Nile Perch/Tilapia Fish fillets today.Pat dry the fish fillets and cut into medium size pieces.

2.Chilli powder-1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

Pepper powder-1/2 tsp

Garammasala-1/4 tsp

Coconut oil-1 tbsp

Juice of a lime

Salt to taste

In a bowl put all the above ingredients and mix.Add the fish pieces and stir in.Refrigerate for an hour.Grill this in a pan on medium heat till browned on both sides (around 4 minutes each side). I used my Tefal Actifry air fryer to grill this and it took 11-12 minutes to brown this
