Kari Nellikka Chammanthi
1.Kari Nellikka-2 tbsps
Shallots -3-4
Ginger-1/2 tsp
Kanthari Mulaku( Birds eye chilli)-7-10 (adjust according to your spice levels)
Or green chilies-4
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Put all the above ingredients into the small jar of the mixie and grind it.
2.Coconut grated-3/4 cup
Add the coconut grated and pulse it or grind it till just ground .No need to add any water as such. It should come together without adding water. I didn’t add salt as Kari Nellikka is salty.
Kari Nellikka Chammanthi is ready.
