Ambazhanga/Hog Plum Chammanthi
1.Shallots-5
Green chilies -6-8(Adjust according to your spice level)
Ginger-1/2” piece
Curry leaves-few
Grind together all the above ingredients .
2.Ambazhanga-3-4
Wash and slice the Ambazhanga without removing the green outer covers and add to the above and grind.
3.Coconut grated-1/2 cup
Add to the above and grind till it comes together.You shouldn’t add any water to the mixture as it should come together with the moisture of coconut.
