Green Masala Fish š and Prawns š¤ (Baked/Grilled)
Recipe
1.Whole Fish (Tilapia)-1/2 kg
Tiger Prawns-12-15
Clean the Fish and pat dry with Kitchen tissues and make slashes.Devein the prawns and pat dry with tissues.
2.For the Green marinade
Garlic -2 big (Chinese ones)
Whole Pepper -3/4 tsp
Green chillies-6-8
Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Mint leaves-1/4 cup
Lime juice-1 tbsp
Grind this together into a smooth paste .Use 1 1/2 tbsps of this paste.
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes -1 1/2 tsp
Olive oil-2 tsp
Yoghurt-1 tbsp
Mix the marinade and the above ingredients and spread over the Fish and Prawns š¤.Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 3-5 hours.Remove the Fish from fridge 1/2 an hour before u bake so that it comes to room temperature and
then place the Fish on a tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 25-30 minutes or until done turning the side once half way through.Skewer the marinated Prawns and grilled the Prawns š¤ on the grill till golden.
