Green Chutney & Cheese Sandwiches

Green Chutney and Cheese 🧀 Sandwiches

1.Bread-6 pieces

Butter-1 tbsp

2.For the filling

Green Chutney-2-3 tbsps

Cheese Singles/grated-2/as required

Mayonnaise-2 tbsps

Thai Chilli Sauce/Tomato Ketchup— 1-2 tsp

Apply the green Chutney to the first slice of bread.Then apply a thin layer of mayonnaise to the second slice and place the cheese single/grated over it.Now place 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise & tomato ketchup on the 3 rd slice of bread and spread evenly.

Assemble the sandwich and apply butter on the top and place it on a hot Tava,with the buttered side down.Apply butter to the now top side .Once the bottom is golden,flip and let the other side brown too.Green Chutney and Cheese Sandwiches are ready.

Note:-For making the Green Chutney

Mint & coriander leaves -3/4 cup

Almond-3

Garlic-1 big

Green chilies-2

Pepper powder-a pinch

Lime juice-1/2-1 tsp ( Adjust according to your taste)

Salt to taste

Desiccated coconut-3 tbsps

(U can use fresh grated coconut instead)

Make a Chutney with the above ingredients adding 1-3 tbsps of water if you are using desiccated coconut. If you are using fresh coconut you won’t require any extra water to make the Green Chutney.
