Ghee Rice
1.Basmati Rice-1 1/2 cup
Clean and soak the rice for 30 minutes.

Kismis-15
Ghee-2-3 tbsps
Mace-1/2 piece
Cloves-6-7
Cinnamon-1 piece
Bay Leaf-1 big
Cardamom-5
Pepper corns-10
Onions-2
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and kismis till golden.Remove and set aside.Add the whole masalas and sauté till aroma comes.Now add the sliced onions and sauté till golden.Now add the drained soaked rice and sauté on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 cups water and salt to taste and cover it and bring to boil.Then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer .Cook till all the water is evaporated and rice is cooked through.Off the stove and Let this remain covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes stir in with the set aside fried cashews and kismis.Ghee Rice is ready to serve with some veg or non veg curry
