Ethakka Roast Recipe
Slice the Ethakka (Kerala Yellow Banana)into 1/4 “slices.Heat some ghee/oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the sliced bananas till browned turning twice in between.Remove to a bowl and sprinkle some sugar over it.Use a fork to mix so that sugar is well coated over the banana pieces. If you are frying the bananas in oil,add a tsp of ghee over the fried bananas .U can serve this once sugar is melted.For a dessert option,u can serve this along with vanilla Icecream. Ethakka Roast
