Easy Palada Payasam (in cooker)

Easy Palada Payasam-2 (yields 5-6 cups)

I used 200 ml cup for measuring

1.Palada-3/4 cup

Sabudana/chowari-1/4 cup

Sugar-1 3/4 cup

Cardamom-4 (crushed)

Put all the above ingredients into a pressure cooker.

2.Milk-1 litre (I used Almarai tetra pack)

Water-1 1/2 cup

Add the water and milk to the above mixture and pressure cook for a whistle.After half an hour open the cooker and add a pinch of salt and stir in. If your Payasam is a bit thick you can add 1/2 cup of boiled water to make it loosen a bit.Easy Palada Payasam is ready.
