Chilli Parotta

Chilli Parotta

1.Parotta-5 big

Cut the Parottas into bite size pieces

with a scissors/knife.

2.Mustard Seeds-1 tsp

Curry leaves-1 sprig

Garlic-5-6 big

Ginger-1" piece

Onions-2 big

Green chilies-5-6

Canola Oil-2 tbsps

Salt to taste

Heat oil and splutter the mustard

seeds.Then add the curry

leaves,garlic & ginger and sauté.Now

add the chopped onions ,green

chilies and salt and sauté .

3.Chilli powder-2 tsp

Sambar Powder-11/2 tsp

Garammasala-3/4 tsp

Pepper powder-3/4-1 tsp(Adjust

according to your spice levels)

Add all the above ingredients and

sauté in low heat for a minute.Add 1/4

cup water and cook till oil separates.

4.Tomato sauce-1 tbsp

Chilli Sauce-1 1/2 tbsp

Add the sauces and sauté.Now add

the chopped Parotta and stir in.Just

sprinkle some water and cover and

cook for a minute or two.Open the

lids and adjust the seasonings.Chilli

Parotta is ready to Serve with some

Raita.

Note:U can add a capsicum sliced

after adding the masalas if you like.Today I added some Carrot and Purple Cabbage and sautéd it before adding the masalas.

5.Onion-1 big

Green chilies-2

Curd-1/2 cup

Water as required

Salt to taste

Chop the onions and green

chilies.Add salt and mix in.Set aside

for 10-15 minutes .Now add the

beaten curds and water to adjust it's

consistency.Raita is ready to Serve

with Chilli Parotta.
