Chicken-65
1.Boneless Chicken-250 gm
ginger-garlic paste-2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli pwdr-1tbsp
pepper pwdr-2 tsp
salt-to taste
lime juice-1 lime
Marinate chicken[cut into small pieces] with the above ingredients for atleast 1 hr.
2.small egg-1[beaten]
corn flour-2 tbsp
Maida-1 tbsp
Add egg & coat.add corn flour & mix in.deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.
Note :If your egg is big then use 1/2 of a beaten egg.
For Seasoning the Chicken 65
3.Cumin /jeera-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Garlic (chopped)-2 big
Green chilies -2-3
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder-3/4 tsp
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Yoghurt-2 tbsps
or 1 tsp vinegar mixed with 2 tbsp water
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add cumin, chopped garlic, curry leaves & green chilies. Fry till the leaves turn crisp. Then add the red chilli powder, sugar, curd & salt. You can also skip curd & just add 1 tsp vinegar with 2 tbsp water.
Quickly stir everything well. When the mixture bubbles well & turns thick, add fried chicken and toss well.
Fry on medium heat till it absorbs all the moisture & coats the chicken. This just takes 2 minutes. Over frying can make the chicken hard. So turn off in time.
Serve chicken 65 with sliced onions & lemons. Garnish with fried curry leaves or chopped spring onion greens.
