Cheese Crackers
1.All purpose flour-90 gm
Cheddar Cheese-110 gm
Unsalted Butter-60 gm(cold)
Salt-a pinch
Cold water-1 tbsp
In a food processor put all the above ingredients except water and process it to combine.Add cold water a tsp at a time and pulse to form a dough.Remove this into a cling wrap and press to form a disc.Refrigerate this for 30 minutes.
Place the dough in between 2 parchment papers and dust with flour and roll it out thin.Remove the parchment paper from the top and using small cookie cutters,cut out different shapes.
Transfer it carefully to another parchment paper, leaving some space in between.Using a wooden skewer make a hole in the middle .
Now bake this in a preheated oven at 180 C for 9-12 minutes or until browned.
Repeat with the remaining dough,until the dough is used up.
Cheese crackers are ready.
Note: If you have a soft center once the crackers are cooled,just pop it in the oven for few more minutes.
