Cake Pops
Cake crumbs-1 cup
U can use any left over cake & crumble it with ur hands.add any frosting/pancake syrup/maple syrup to this to moisten the cake & u can make balls from it.(I used pan cake syrup).Freeze the cake balls for 2 hrs/till it hardens.
Melt 150 gm cooking chocolate ( I used white chocolate )in microwave /double boiler adding 50 gm butter to this.
If using microwave after 1 minute stir &their after check every 10 seconds so that chocolate doesn't burn.
If using double boiler, ur chocolate pan shudn't touch the water beneath.
Insert a toothpick on the frozen cake balls & Dip the frozen cake balls in chocolate until well coated.remove this to a plate or cup cake liners.decorate with sprinkles.
