Buffalo Wings (Air Fryer Recipe)
This is an ideal starter in which spicy chicken wings are baked and then tossed in a tangy sauce
1.Chicken Wings-18-20 pieces
Chilli Powder-1 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-3/4 tsp
Soya Sauce-1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Marinate the chicken wings with all the above ingredients for 3-5 hours.
Air fry the chicken wings for 10 minutes or until browned. I used my Tefal Actifry If there’s a temperature setting in your Air fryers,Set it at 200 C.
You can bake this in your oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
2.Garlic-3 big
Oil-1 tbsp
Heat a tbsp of oil and sauté the chopped garlic.
3.Tomato Sauce-2 tbsps
Soya Sauce-3 tbsps
Thai Chilli Sauce-2 tbsps
Peri peri Sauce-1 tbsp
Sugar-2-3 tsps (adjust to your liking)
Chilli powder-3/4-1 tsp(Adjust to your spice level)
Add all the above sauces,1 1/2 tsp sugar and Chilli powder and 1/4 cup water and cook till the gravy thickens.Adjust the tanginess by adding more sugar if required.Add the baked chicken wings to this and mix in to coat.Sprinkle a tbsp of sesame seeds and stir in.Decorate with chopped spring onions.Buffalo Wings is ready
