Bread Vada Recipe
1.Bread -6-8 (medium)
Crumb this in a mixie.the bread shud be 2-3 days old.
2.rice flour-1/2 cup
Baking soda- a pinch(optional)
Salt-1/2 tsp
Mix together & add to the bread crumbs.
3.yoghurt-1/2 cup
Water-if needed
Mix with the above to make the dough as shown in the picture,adding water if needed.
4.onion-1
Ginger-1" piece
Green chillies-3
Curry leaves-4
Chop the above ingredients & add to the dough.
5.roasted nuts-1/4 cup(optional)
Mix in with the dough.keep this aside for 10 minutes.make 1 1/2 lemon size balls.place the ball in ur palm & gently press it down.Make a hole at the centre with ur index finger & drop in hot oil & fry till golden on both sides.drain on tissues & serve with ur favorite chutney/sambar/sauce.
