Beetroot Pachadi

To make pachadi grate one small beetroot (1 cup)and cook till done.Add 1/4 tsp ground mustard seeds to this.Grind to paste 3/4 cup coconut grated,1 tsp ginger chopped ,4-5 green Chillies and a sprig of curry leaves and add to the above and cook.Remove and add 3/4 -1 cup curd to this.Now splutter a tsp of mustard seeds in a tbsp of coconut oil and then add some curry leaves and remove .Add to the pachadi and serve
