White Chocolate Cashew Brownies/Blondies

1.Butter-100 gm

White chocolate-100 gm

Cut the butter into small chunks.Add the white chocolate chips to this.

Melt this in microwave in 30 seconds intervals until completely melted.Set this aside to cool. I used Hershey's white chocolate chips for this.

2.Eggs-3

Granulated Sugar-1 1/4 cup

With an electric beater beat the eggs and sugar till light and fluffy.Add in the cooled chocolate-butter mixture.

3.All purpose flour/Maida-1 cup

Salt-a pinch

Mix together and fold into the above mixture.

4.Roasted Cashews-1 cup

I used the normal cashews broken

Fold into the above.Pour the batter into an 8" square pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 35-45 minutes or until a skewer inserted at the center comes out with some dry crumbs . Happy baking
