Vegetable Sandwiches
For the filling
1.onion-1
capsicum-1/2,
Carrot grated-1/2
frozen corn-1/4 cup
green chilies-1
coriander leaves-few
Chop all the above ingredients except carrot and put int in a bowl.
2.Chilli powder-a pinch
pepper powder-a pinch
Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Add to the above mixture and mix together.
3.hung curd -1/4 cup
(Note:Place a muslin cloth in a small bowl and tie it firmly.Pour 1/2 cup curd into the muslin cloth and refrigerate it overnight so that all the water drains into the bowl.The next day you will get the required hung curd.)
Add to the above & mix.
4.Bread slices-10
Butter as required
Toast the bread in butter until browned on both sides.Spread 2 big spoons of the filling on a piece of toasted bread and cover with another toasted bread piece.Vegetable Sandwich is ready.Slice it horizontally and serve.
