Toblerone Brownie Cheese Cake Mousse Dome Entremets

First Layer

1.Bake a Brownie and once cooled refrigerate for 15-30 minutes and then cut out 5-6 Brownie discs using a circular cutter . I used my Best Gooey Brownies Recipes (with oil).U can use any Brownie recipe which you have already tried. I got 5 circular discs from my Brownie and the remaining pieces I arranged in 6 shot glasses .

For the Toblerone Cheese Cake Domes

2.Toblerone Chocolate-200 gm

Whipping Cream-300 gm(I used Almarai Non dairy cream )

Cream Cheese-300 gm

Sugar Powder-1/2 cup

Oreo Biscuits-3

Silicone Dome Mould-1 Pan

Cut the Toblerone Chocolate into small pieces and microwave it for 1-1 1/2 minutes stirring in between 30 seconds until melted through.Set this aside.

Whip the cream and sugar powder using a beater till firm.Add the melted chocolate and beat in. In another bowl beat the cream cheese till creamy.Add to the chocolate cream mixture and fold in with a spatula.Toblerone Cheese Cake Mousse is ready.

Take the silicone Dome moulds and pipe or pour this Mousse and spread it on all the sides with a spoon .Fill in more Mousse until the moulds are filled.Slice each Oreo into two and place it on top of each moulds and gently press it.Spread a tbsp of Mousse over this and cover it evenly.Now place this silicone moulds in the freezer overnight so that the Mousse gets firm.

For the Ganache Filling

3.Dark Chocolate-300 gm

Whipping cream-180 gm

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.Heat the cream in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute and add the chopped chocolate to this and allow it to sit for a minute.Now gently stir in with a spatula or spoon. If there’s still undissolved chocolate pieces microwave this for 20-30 seconds and stir it till all the chocolate is melted through and you get a smooth Ganache.Refrigerate this for 10 minutes so that the Ganache thickens a bit.Once thickened use a spoon to stir it.Your Ganache is ready to pipe.

Assembling the Entrements

4.Round Cake Moulds-5-6

Sprinkles-1/4 cup

Take out 1/4 cup of the Ganache and microwave so that it melts a little.

Take the circular brownies and apply a thin layer of the Ganache onto the sides of each disc.Now gently press the sides onto a bowl of sprinkles so that it’s well coated on the sides.

Place a tsp of the Ganache at the center of each circular cake boards.Now carefully place the Brownie at the center of each board.Refrigerate this for an hour.

Pipe the Ganache over the Brownies as shown in the picture.

Remove the Cheese Cake Domes from the freezer and gently unmould it and place it carefully at the center over the piped Ganache.

Now pipe the Ganache on top of each entremet.

Toblerone Brownie Cheese Cake Mousse Dome Entremets are ready.

Refrigerate this for 2-3 hours so that it thaws.After 3 hours you can serve these.
