Mango Chia Pudding

1.Badam-15

Soak this in hot water for 15-30 minutes and then remove the outer cover from it.

Blend it in a mixie by adding 2-3 tbsps of water,till smooth.Remove to a bowl and add 11/2 cups water to it to get Badam Milk.

2.Chia Seeds-2 tbsps

Honey-2-4 tbsps

Add the Chia Seeds and stir in.Let it sit for 15 minutes.Stir again and let it sit for another half hour .Now stir again and keep it refrigerated overnight.

4.Mango-1 big

Chop 1/4 th of the mango and set aside to decorate.

Blend the remaining Mango in a blender by adding 3-4 tbsps of water.

Now take 2 glasses and pour 1/4 th of the chia seeds mixture into each of the glasses.

Now pour in half of the mango mixture into each of the glasses.Pour 1/4 th of the chia seeds mixture over it.Decorate with the chopped mangoes and refrigerate for an hour.Mango Chia Pudding is ready.

Note:U can add sugar instead of honey.Use any fruits u like -strawberry,pineapple,pomegranate,blueberries etc.
