1.Sweet Potatoes -1/2 kg
Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes and cut into big chunks .
Steam this in a steamer till done.Madhura Kiyangu Puzhungiyathu is ready.
Kanthari Mulaku Chammanthi
2.Shallots-10-12
Birds Chilli/Kanthari Mulaku-10(adjust according to your spice level)
Curry leaves-3-4
Crush the Kanthari Mulaku ,Curry leaves and Shallots together .
3.Salt-big pinch dissolved in 1-2 tsp water
Coconut oil-1-2 tsp
Add the above ingredients to the crushed ingredients and stir in.Kanthari Mulaku Chammanthi is ready.
