Spicy Chicken Cheese Balls

Spicy Chicken Cheese Balls (Yields15 Balls)

1.Boneless Chicken pieces -500 gm

Garlic-3 big

Ginger-1 “ piece

Green Chilies-7-8( Adjust according to your spice level.My green chilies wasn’t hot enough. If your Chilli is spicy add only 3)

Salt to taste

Ground this together in the small jar of the mixie without adding any water till the chicken is well ground.Remove this to a bowl.

2.Coriander leaves-few

Ground this and add to the above mixture.

3.Pepper Powder-1 tsp

Garammasala-1/2 tsp

Corn flour-2 tbsps

Add all the above ingredients to the chicken ground and mix in.

4.Cheddar/Mozzarella Cheese -as required

Egg-1

Bread crumbs-as required

Oil-1 1/2 tbsps

Cut the cheese into small cubes.(U can use Cheese singles each slice cut into 4 and stuff).Beat the egg in a bowl.

5.For the Coriander Chutney

coriander leaves-1/4 cup

Garlic-1

Green chilies-1

Almond-1

Desiccated coconut-1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Grind all the above ingredients together by adding a tbsp of water till done.

Rub little oil on your hands.Now take a small portion of the chicken mixture and flatten it evenly and place a cheese cube/slice in the center and top it with 1/4 tsp coriander Chutney .Now make it into a ball or Cutlets shape making sure the cheese is covered properly,otherwise it might ooze out while frying.

Now Dip this in egg mixture and dust with bread crumbs.Repeat this till all the chicken mixture is used up.You can make 15-16 balls from this mixture.Keep this in refrigerator for half an hour and then deep fry in oil till browned.

Spicy Chicken Cheese Balls are ready.Let this cool a bit because the cheese inside might be too hot 🥵. If it’s cooled down a lot you can microwave for 30 seconds and serve.
