Snickers and Reese’s Brownies ....finishing off the chocolates 🍫 in the fridge
Snickers and Reese’s Brownies
1.Unsalted Butter-120 grams (chopped)
Dark chocolate-200 gm
(I used 175 gm Cadbury + 2 tbsps Cocoa +1 tbsp oil instead)
Melt this together in microwave for a minute.Stir in and set aside to cool .
2.White Sugar-100 grams (1/2 cup)
Brown Sugar-90 grams (1/2 cup)
vanilla essence-1 tsp
Eggs-3 large
Beat the eggs and sugar with a beater till fluffy.Gently fold in the set aside chocolate & butter mixture.Add the vanilla essence.
3.All purpose flour-90 gm
Fold in the flour with a spatula .
Pour half of the batter into a 7” pan lined with parchment paper.
4.Snickers bars & Reese’s minis -180 gm
Unwrap and place the chocolates over this and pour the remaining batter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40-45 minutes .
The brownie is done when a skewer inserted at the center comes out with some crumbs.Once cooled cut down into squares.
