Sausage and Egg Scramble
1.Sausages-7
Cook the sausages by adding water & bring it to boil.Drain & Chop into small pieces.
2.Onions-2-3
Garlic-6-7 big
Green chilies-4-5
Heat 2 tbsps oil and sauté all the above ingredients chopped.Once onions are translucent,Add the chopped sausages and sauté.
3.Pepper Powder-1 tsp
crushed chillies-1 1/2 tsp (adjust according to your spice level)
Eggs-5 -6 big
Add the pepper and sauté for a minute.Now break the eggs one by one over the sausage & onion mixture or u can whisk the eggs together in a bowl and pour.Stir in & mix till the eggs are nicely scrambled .
4.Peri peri sauce-1 tbsp
Hot sauce-1 tbsp
Green Chilli sauce-2 tsp
Thai Chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper if needed
Add all the above ingredients and mix in.Adjust seasonings.Once this mixture is dry it’s ready to Serve with bread .
