Sausages and Veggies Fried Rice
1.Basmati Rice-2 cups
Oil-1 tbsp
Soak the rice in water for 15 minutes & drain.In a nonstick pan fry the rice in oil & set aside.
2.Water-3 cups
Pepper pwdr-1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
In a pressure cooker add water & the fried rice & cook till 1 whistle.
3.onions-2 big( chopped)
Sauté this in 2 tbsp oil.
4.ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Green chillies-4 chopped
Add this &saute.
5.Capsicum-1(chopped)
Add the capsicum and sauté.
6.Corn/peas-1/2 cup
Frozen Mixed Veggies-1cup
Chicken Sausages-8 (sliced)
Pepper powder-3/4 tsp
Chilli powder-3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Now add the cooked veggies and sliced sausages to this and the chilli and pepper powders and salt to taste.Saute this for few minutes.
6. Soya sauce-1 1/2 tbsp
chilli sauce-1 tbsp
chilli garlic sauce-1 tbsp
Add to the above & cook for a minute.now add the cooked rice & adjust seasonings.garnish with chopped spring onion leaves & serve.
