Salmon Tikka/Tandoori Fish Tikka recipe
1.Salmon sliced-3
Wash and pat dry the fish pieces with kitchen tissues.
For the Tikka Masala
2.Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin jeera powder-1/4 tsp
Garammasala-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients together.
3.Lime juice-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Thick Yoghurt-1 1/2 tbsps
Canola/Sesame oil-2 tsp
Add to the above and stir in.Now add the fish pieces and marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Grill/Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes. Half way through brush with melted butter/oil and turn the pieces..Use a tray lined with aluminum foil to catch the drips while being.
I used my Tefal Actifry and baked for 15 minutes or till browned. I sprinkled 2 tsp canola oil on top of the marinated fish and baked it. U can Tava Fry it by adding a tbsp of oil on Tava .
