Rasmalai -2 (with milk powder)

1.Milk Powder-1 cup

Baking powder-1 tsp

Egg white-1

Mix together with out much pressure to make a dough.(if you give pressure & mix it will be hard.)So just mix in & make balls.press in the center to flatten.

2.Milk-1 litre

Sugar-3/4 cup

Boil this together in a wide bottom pan.when this starts to boil reduce & simmer.Now add the flattened balls to this. When this almost doubles it's size turn sides & remove from pan and place in a dish.

Continue to simmer the milk till it's reduced to almost half of the original.

3. Cardamom-3-4 crushed

Rose water-1tsp

Saffron-3-4 strands

Add the above and simmer and remove.add the Rasmalai to this & once cooled refrigerate it.Serve with sliced pistachios .
