Pineapple Peel Wine

Pineapple Peel Wine🍷

1.Pineapple-1

Wash thoroughly the pineapple 🍍 and pat dry it with tissues/clothes.

Cut and discard the crowns and base.Cut out the peels generously so that some flesh is there too.Cut into small pieces the middle portion too.I didn’t use the pineapple flesh.You can use it too.Transfer this to a large glass jar.

2.Sugar-2 cups

Lukewarm Water-1 litre

Cinnamon-1”piece

Ginger powder-3/4 tbsp

Cloves-4-5

Yeast-1/4 tsp

Add all the above ingredients to the jar and stir for the sugar to dissolve.

3.Egg white-1

Or Baking soda-1/2 tsp

Add egg white or baking soda mentioned to the jar and stir in.

Cover the mouth of the jar with a cloth and stir it every morning for next 5 days.

After 5 days strain it to a clean jar and discard the peels.

Close it with a lid and keep it undisturbed for the next 10 days.

After 10 days,Pour it into clean bottle.Discard the sediment settled at the bottom of the jar and store it in refrigerator.

Note:You can increase/decrease the sugar mentioned to your liking.
