Peri Peri Fish 🍣
For the Marination
1.Whole Fish -1 kg
Freshly ground Pepper -1 tsp
Ginger garlic green chilli paste-1 tbsp
Yoghurt-1 tbsp
Peri Peri Masala-1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-3/4 tsp
Chilly flakes-1 tsp (adjust according to your spice levels)
Olive/Coconut oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lime juice-2 tsp
Pat dry the cleaned fish with tissues and make slits.Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Note:U can use any fish u like.
Transfer the fish to a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes turning it once after 10 minutes.Last 5 minutes u can use the grill options or the broiling options of your oven to brown it.
Note:u can use the leftover marinade to marinate some cauliflower florets and Airfry them for 5 minutes to make Peri Peri Cauliflower
Today I used few Salmon slices and Airfried it for 12-15 minutes, until browned.
