Peri Peri Chicken
1.Whole Chicken-750 gm
Today I took the whole legs.Remove the skin of the Chicken and wash and pat dry with
Kitchen tissues.Make slits on the chicken with
a knife
2.For the marinade
Peri Peri Masala-2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Lime-1 big
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Mustard sauce-1 tbsp
Honey-1 tbsp
Olive oil-1 tbsp
Oregano-1 tsp
Mix the marinade and the above ingredients and spread over the
Chicken and place it in a bowl.Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Remove the Chicken from the refrigerator/fridge 1/2 an hour before u bake so that it comes to room temperature.
Today I baked this in my air fryer for 25 minutes or until browned .U can bake this in an oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes or until done.
