Palada & Aval Payasam

1.Palada-100 gm

Sugar-1 1/2 cup

Cardamom-3

Milk-1 litre

In a Pressure cooker add all the above ingredients and cook it for a whistle.

2.Aval-1/4 cup

Salt-a pinch

Dry Roast this on medium heat till crispy.Open the cooker and add the roasted Aval to it and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.Add salt too & switch off the stove.

3.Ghee-2 tsp

Cashews-5

Kismis-10

Heat ghee & fry the cashews and kismis till browned.Add this along with the Ghee to the Payasam.Stir in.Aval & Palada Payasam is ready to serve.
