Air fried Natholi
For Marination
1.Natholi-1/2 kg
Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2-3/4 tsp(Adjust according to your spice level)
Salt to taste
Lime-1 small
Coconut oil-2 tbsps
Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
After 3 hours remove it from refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for 10 minutes.Set temperature of the airfrier at 350 C and time at 25 minutes .
Place the fish on the pan and close it and press start . Halfway through remove the pan and turn around the fish.Once browned serve the fish fry.
My Tefal Actifry has a knob in the middle so no need to turn it around manually in between. It took about 22 minutes in it to fry 1/2 kg Nath.
