Mushroom Pepper Fry 🍄

Mushroom Pepper Fry

1.Garlic-3-4 big

Onion-1 medium

Chilli flakes-1/4 tsp

Turmeric powder-a pinch

Pepper powder-3/4 tsp

Heat a tbsp of oil and sauté the chopped garlic.Add the sliced onion and sauté till translucent.Now add the turmeric,chilli flakes and pepper powder and sauté till masala cooks.

2.Mushrooms-250 gm

Salt to taste

Capsicum-1/2 (medium)

Add the sliced mushrooms and salt to taste and stir in.Cover this with a lid and cook till all the water dries up .Now add the sliced capsicum and cook for a minute or two.The capsicum shouldn’t ween.Mushroom Pepper Fry is ready.
