Mixed Thoran or

Cabbage,,Carrot & Beans Thoran recipe

1.Coconut oil-2 tsp

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Onion-1 medium

Garlic-2-3 big

Green chilies-3

Curry leaves-a sprig

Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard seeds.Add all the remaining ingredients chopped and sauté till glossy.

2.Carrot,Beans & Cabbage-chopped-2 cups

Coconut grated-1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Mix together the coconut grated ,chopped veggies and salt and set this aside

For 15 minutes before you start cooking.

Now add the set aside veggie mixture to the sautéd onion mixture & cover with a lid and cook on low heat until it’s cooked through . If needed sprinkle a tbsp of water in between if its not cooked
