Mango Icecream
1.Mangoes-3 (ripe)
Purée the mangoes (Add 1/2 cup sugar if your mango isn't sweet enough)
2.Condensed milk-1 tin
Milk-450 ml (used Almariah tetra pack full fat milk)
Refrigerate the milk overnight . Add the milk to the mango purée & blend well.Fold in the condensed milk.
3.Whipping cream-250 ml
Freeze the steel bowl and beater blades for 15 minutes.
Add the cold whipping cream and beat with a beater till fluffy.Fold in the mango & condensed milk mixture and pour into freezer containers and freeze overnight.
