Malai Fish (Salmon)Tikka
1.Boneless Fish fillet/Sliced Fish -250 gm
Cut the Boneless fish into bite size pieces and pat dry with tissues.
2.Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese-1 tbsp (optional)
Greek/thick yogurt-2 tbsp
Mayonnaise/Thick Cream-2 tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes-2 tbsps
Chilly & Turmeric powders-a pinch each (optional)
Lime juice-1 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Marinate the fish pieces with all the above ingredients for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Today I used my air fryer to bake it.
U can bake this by placing them on a tray in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes or in an Airfyer for 15 minutes or till golden.
Or cook them on stove top by placing them on a greased Tava on high heat to get the brown grill marks on all sides and then reducing the heat to low and cover and cook till the fish pieces are cooked through.
Malai Fish Tikka is ready to serve with some coriander mint chutney or rice.
