Liver & Gizzard Fry 1.Liver & Gizzard-400 gm each[small pieces] 2.onion-2 garlic-8-10[crushed] ginger-1 big piece[crushed] Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a kadai & saute the chopped onions and then the ginger garlic crushed and saute till it starts to brown. 3.chilly pwdr-1tsp corriander pwdr-1 tsp turmeric-1/4 tsp Add all the above masalas and cook on low heat till oil separates. U can add some water to this so that the masalas don’t burn.Add gizzards and 1 tbsp vinegar and then cover with a lid & cook.when it's cooked add the liver and continue to cook .Now add the salt, garam masala pwdr & freshly powdered pepper to this & cook till all the water dries up.Always add salt only after the liver is cooked otherwise it will harden.
