Kothu Parotta
Kothu Parotta Recipe (serves-3)
1.Parotta-3-4 big
Cut it into small pieces with a scissors.
2.Onion-1 big
Green Chillies-3-4
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
Meat/Garam Masala-2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Tomato-1 big
Egg-1-2
Salt to taste.
Heat 2 tbsps of oil and sauté the chopped onion ,green chillies and curry leaves.
Add in the meat masala and pepper powder and sauté.Now add the chopped tomato and some salt and sauté for a minute.Break the eggs into the middle and scramble it.
3.Beef/Chicken gravy-1/2-3/4 cup
Now add the half of the gravy and let it come to boil.I used some leftover beef curry.Add the chopped parottas and stir in.Add in the remaining gravy and mix.Adjust the seasonings and add in some chopped coriander leaves.Kothu Parotta is ready.
